Payment & insurance

Payment — is made at the time of the session or prior to session. Credit card, check, HSA card or cash payments are accepted. At this time, I do not take insurance, but am able to provide you with a monthly bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out of network providers.

Sliding scale accommodations are provided, according to what is most appropriate for budget and need. 

I am only credentialed to accept insurance at a group practice called Acacia Counseling & Wellness. Please see their website (www.acaciacw.com) for further information and to schedule an appointment there.

cancellation

Cancellation — If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please contact me 24 hours in advance. If you call the same day or no-show the appointment, I will charge 100% of the fee for that missed session.

I understand that things come up randomly and you may not be able to cancel that far in advance. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding. If you have any questions about this policy, please let me know.
